Stay Hydrated: Bring water and hydrate before, during, and after class.
Proper Footing & Space Awareness: Maintain stable footing and be mindful of your surroundings.
Form Over Intensity: Focus on alignment, control, and breath before increasing intensity.
Breathe with Intention: Avoid holding your breath—stay connected and steady.
Injury & Medical Awareness: Inform your instructor of any injuries or limitations.
Warm-Up & Cool Down: Arrive on time and stay through the end for recovery.
Wear Appropriate Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing that allows full range of motion.
Community Respect: Support others and maintain a judgment-free environment.
